Thank you to the people who share on this site. Thank you for the guys out there facing pain to help others.

I have had two rejections in the last week, I can tell you it stings. It helps coming on here and sharing your story. It helps to listen to the people who know better than you. Half the battle is just doing the right thing. The right thing is to talk to woman you like, to ask them to share some time with you. There are tools out there to handle rejection. Nothing of them helps more than sharing your story and making it an asset of your own. Overall I am having fun and I know I am on my path.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The growing pains can indeed hurt, but you have the right attitude by keeping your chin up and learning from it.

Thank you. I think the biggest thing is take the whip out of your hand. Stop beating yourself up if you did something wrong. You are out there gettng better and learn from your mistakes. Focus on the next right thing. The next right thing is getting back out there and bettering yourself.

Exactly. it's just like playing an instrument player. You're bound to screw up a few times, but you continue until you're able to play fluidly.
