"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Immediately after a work out I look really good. My muscles are pumped and ripped and I look big. However, I wake up the following morning and I look deflated. I look thinner and the muscles have less definition.

I recently took a week rest period and by the end of the week I looked like I'd lost a load of mass. Yet immediately after resuming my workouts I seemed to "inflate" back into shape.

Can anyone relate to this?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Yeah I can. The blood get stuck in your muscles when you work out heavy and you look pumped up. Then when you relax and wait a couple of hours you deflate again and look skinnier.

It's normal. And as Duke just said, BB'ers always have to pump before going onstage.

I lost 2-3 inches off of my arms when I was ill and wasnt eating much... I've put almost 2 inches back on, so I'm not too bothered.

Just know it's normal.

Try getting a huge pump, then having a cold shower.... makes you look super-big ;)

Yep, I'm sure everyone can relate to this. It's a muscle pump and happens pretty much whenever you workout. It's a good boost of confidence.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

When you take a cold shower the skin tightens and the blood in the muscle (aka the pump) get stuck longer so you look inflated. :)

Exactly.

And stop with the less-than-friendly/patronising comments. You're no one on an internet forum so theres no need to try and talk anyone down.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
