"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

My current gf of 6 months is still very good friends with her ex of 3 years! I am just wondering what your views on this subject are? She is very open with me by telling me that they are still good friends and says she doesnt have anything to hide, but he still loves her and tells her that! Whats the best way to deal with an ex-boyfriend!?? btw he has been nice to me anytime we have met before , therefore making it harder to tell him to fu*k off

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I never tell a woman what to do. And I never try to control them.

But I tell them one thing...and that is that I am a man that lives by a code of RESPECT. I tell them that I expect the woman in my life to RESPECT me and to SAFEGUARD me from getting DISRESPECTED.

Key words above in capital letters.

She is telling you everything because she wants you to know that she respects you.

But by seeing a man that used to phuck her (or any man for that particular matter) continuously telling her "I love you" or showing strong interest for her...well, she is NOT safeguarding that respect. In fact, she is allowing him to disrespect you. And only she can fix that.

I feel that at 22 you are too young to be involved in a serious relationship anyway. But wanted to share this post, because it can possibly benefit others (especially older men).

what are you going to do? they knew each other for 3 years.. want them to just NOT talk to each other? if she wants to cheat, she is going to cheat anyway.

if I fvcked a girl for 3 years straight, as long as she didn't try to kill me, i would imagine we would be friends as well

In my book...when is over is over. Unless she is the mother of my children, where I'm forced to interact with her.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

that's your book. I'm not saying I would go out of my way to be friends with her, but that's the natural progression of a relationship. I'm not going to go out of my way NOT to be friends (and just friends) either.. that's just as childish and silly.

Perfect example.. my last GF.. my last REAL GF... i have no interest in her whatsoever, but we keep in touch.. I call her or she calls me about once every couple of months.. make sure she is still breathing, see how her sisters are doing. We realize we aren't ment for eachother (boy are we not ment for each other) but we are still very cool.

however If i ever got to the point where interest was coming back and I started to feel oneitis, I would probably have to cut her off as a friend as well.

also, I've never had a GF for over a year anyway
