Dealing with bvtches at work

How do you deal with women who are bvtches for no reason that you have to work with in a daily basis?

I started working at this retail spot a few weeks ago. I'm cool with everybody except for one chick. When I first met her she said **** like "I don't like people" and "I'd rathergo home and sleep than hangout with friends". She supposedly ha a boyfriend, who I assume is a little ***** if he puts up with her ****. But I'm a leader type and she's a bossy little ***** so she gets mad when I tell her I can do something on my own and she just talks **** in general. Idk how I'm gonna deal with her bull****. She's a senior in HS so I'm thinking she's translating that hs bull**** drama to work.

She got an attitude with me one day and I told her " you better watch who you're talking to". And she got mad cause I didn't let her talk to me any kind of way

Also I was bored and asked her what kind of music she listen to just to make conversation. She said all kinds so I asked her who her favorite band/artist was. She said omg why do you keep asking me that same question you've asked me like 5 times.... I literally only asked her one fvcking time.

Idk maybe that hurt my ego made me feel like she thought I was trying to flirt with her when I wasn't. For whatever reason that made me mad.

I'm thinking she's doing it just to see me react and I'm gonna treat her like an attention ***** when I go back to work and just not react to anything she says.

Report her to your boss. That behavior is unacceptable especially in a professional working area. Business is business. If I were the boss of that franchise and I heard her say that, I would pull her aside ASAP. That type of attitude in my workforce would not belong there.

As for confronting her, I would said avoid her or at least try and be playful toward her sh*tty attitude. Don't let the sand in her vagina bother you because it could even get you fired for retaliating. You wouldn't want an argument to break out in the middle of working would you?

Yeah my manager was pretty cool and I asked her about the chick after she told me that and she laughed. Maybe I am being a little bich about it. It gets slow sometimes and I'm really social so I just talk to my co workers and she's always the closet to me.

^This. Now you know not to try to make casual conversation with her. She is an AW, and she enjoys being difficult with you. Only talk to her when it's work-related.

This is common in the workplace. Some females are cool, and you can have some limited casual conversations with them. But others have to be more or less ignored except for work-related stuff.

The manager knows what this AW is like. So no need to worry about it.
