“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Hey guys,

Whenever I do stiff legged deadlifts, I straighten out the natural arch along my lower back. Am I supossed to keep this natural arch throughout the lift, or is it OK to flatten it?

I'm concerned because lately I have had a sharp pain in the posterior (back) end of my waist, and I suspect this straightening of the lower back arch is the problem.

Thanks!

you need to keep the back in a neutral position, which means preserving the natural arch, not flattening out the lower back.

it's easy to try to do too much with stiff-legged deadlifts, which is why I generally don't recommend them to anyone.

True, but it is a good exercise overall.

Here is what you do - slightly bend your knees and stick your ass backwards more.

I try to keep my back more flatter than curved, but that's just me. Also, do not go too far down (past your knees), you should feel good tension with enough weight without going down too far.

I do dumbells 90 in each hand for this.
