Mayweather in an easy 12-round UD. This fight only appears to be 50/50 because of Oscar's immense gay male fanbase of Oscarsexuals, who will jerk off as he climbs into the ring and then climax as he disrobes.
Mayweather will be King just as he was King vs Gatti and Corrales, just as Hopkins was King vs Trinidad, just as Winky was King vs Trinidad, and Barrera was King vs Hamed.
Another example of a media darling facing a true champion and getting his ass kicked. If Mayweather loses, I'll poop on my own driver's seat, wear a 500$ suit and then sit on it while its still fresh and steamy.
Oscar is terrified of this fight - note his ridiculous and cowardly contract clauses: both have to wear HIS chosen brand of gloves (Reyes gloves are known as puncher's gloves, and are very dangerous for brittle hands like Mayweather's), smaller ring, forcing Mayweather to weight AT LEAST 152lbs (or whatever) instead of the traditional rules of wearing whatever gloves you want and weighing whatever you want as long as its under the limit.
How pathetic is that? His only chance of winning is to have Mayweather be unnaturally bulky and break his hands on Oscar's head. What a "Mexican warrior".

Actually, generally, the man with the power (in this case DLH), nearly always put stipulations into the contract. Its their right as being the drawcard.
I see Oscar having a very good chance in this one, too big, too strong, and is FAR MORE of a complete package than any of Mayweathers other opponents. Remember, Oscar is FAST, he can box very very well, and he will no doubt outslug Mayweather.

yes but Oscar in his prime couldn't beat Shane Mosley's. Mayweather is even faster than Shane and perhaps a better overall boxer?

I can understand the logic of the bigger name making more demands, but it seems tainted to me. This is a fight, let's see who's the better man under equal conditions.
Reminds of me Ray Leonard vs Hagler, I believe the ring was unusually large, the gloves were 10oz instead of 8, and it had 12 rounds instead of 15. Ray Leonard was show-boating and being flashy the whole fight, with tremendous crowd support, while Hagler just flatly plodded along and banged him to the body. Nothing ever hurt or stunned Hagler, Ray's combos were pitty-pat and designed to steal rounds.
That decision wasn't concrete in most people's eyes (I've only seen it once, and had Leonard winning close), I don't want this fight to be tained the way that one was.
I think Oscar is past his prime, he's never really been a pressure fighter. The blueprint to beat Mayweatehr has been made - it was Castillo in the first fight. Keep moving forward with your hands up, cut the ring, throw 5 or 6 punches in a row and you might land the last 2. Oscar has never been that kind of fighter, I can't see him beating Floyd in a contest of counter-punching. Beating Floyd is about stamina, consistency, and a tough chin, I think Oscar will be too focused on size and strength going into the fight.

I thought it was BRILLIANT how Leonard fought against Hagler, he boxed him, purely using the sweet science, hit and not get hit. He obviously was way past it, had barely fought in years and years, and just outboxed him. Too many skills for Hagler at that point, though the fight was close.
I think Oscar is past his prime also, but he is a natural 154lber these days, he has grown into it. Mayweather has gone up too fast, too quick, and like everyone else who tries that, I think he will get beaten. He looked a lot slower, and had far less footwork at welter in comparison to younger days.
Mayweather puts his head up and admires his work sometimes, perfect chance for the DLH counter left hook. He telegraphs his lead right, and Oscar surely has to have picked up on that.
His only chance is spending the fight on his bike, pot shotting.
DLH has slugged in numerous fights, watch him V Mosley in fight one (didnt work of course), and against Oba Carr. He walked them down all night, against Gonzalez he fought more, and against Rueles, he was in there to blast him out.
I dont think Mayweather is nearly as fast as Mosley, the Mosley back then was lightening. Watch how much faster Zab looks against Mayweather, thats how fast Mosley used to be. Its more Mayweathers accuracy, and timing that allows him to hit you on the button, not his speed.Jayer said:

I'd like to see DLH hurting PBF early on, so that extra tension is there, the chance of a real KO is there.
As opposed to PBF putting on a clinic and boxing circles around DLH. I can't see that happening though, DLH always has something to give. PBF never fought anyone this big, too. We'll see!

Ya never really know until the fight is fought. DLH surprised a lot of people in his last outing, and I wouldn't be all that surprised if he comes up with a surprise this time, however good Mayweather may be.
Also, it does tend to be difficult for a smaller guy with less reach to box someone who has a height and reach advantage. DLH is wise to work on timing, because if his timing is good enough, he will get to Mayweather.

Oscar didn't "surprise" anyone against Mayorga, he came out and beat a beer-swigging, chain-smoking amateur fighter. Mayorga was mentally and physically destroyed by Trinidad and could never recover, much like Reid, Freitas, and Vargas, 2 of which were simiarly destroyed by a vicious Trinidad beating.
Oscar has a history of only fighting guys after their prime, or waiting until they get crushed in their previous fight to challenge them. And then not giving them a rematch to boot!
From what I've heard behind the scenes, Mayweather is the much humbler, kinder and more generous person. Oscar comes across as cheap, deceitful and rude when the cameras are off. He's obviously more concerned about his image and resume than he is about actually fighting the best. This is the same guy who paid Campas $35,000 to be his opponent on a PPV where he probably made 10+ million.

I am a big Oscar fan but taking that aside and looking at this fight from a high vantage point I really can't see Oscar winning. This is one of the few times that I really hope I am wrong and that Oscar surprises me.
Despite Mayweather's camera antics I have to admit he is is a great fighter that doesn't come around that often this day in age. I can't think of any boxer today that has more hand speed, accuracy and tight defense let alone all of them combined.
