“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I workout at home and I can't do chin-ups, pull-ups and pull-downs, or any exercise that needs the lat-machine. Are DB Pullovers of any use?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I hope I'll manage to widen my lats with them. The first time I did them, my lats burnt for 3-4 days. Unfortunately, I couldn't work out since then, because I've been out of town. I did them today and I hope I'll experience that soreness again tomorrow. I know soreness is not an indicator of a good workout, but at least I can feel I've worked them out enough.

BTW, today I did a light set + 3 heavy sets, with 12 reps each. Should I do less reps, or more sets, or what else?
