"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

just wondering what your experiences have been with dating someone with a bipolar disorder? please fill me in.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I dated a bipolar chick last summer. Holy s*** that b**** was out of control!

Let's put it this way...

When it was good, it was great. When it was bad, it was downright rotten! There was no rhyme or reason to when she'd start freaking out. Not normal chick emotions, I mean violent temper. I seriously worried in the back of my mind that she might randomly stab me or something.

I didn't even know she was bipolar cause it wasn't diagnosed, but one of her friends who was a psycology major told me what her deal was and said she's refused for years to see a doctor.

We didn't see each other very long. The moral of the story was, stay away from that s***. Unless the chick is the coolest girl of all time, takes her meds, and keeps her problem contained, it's not worth the headaches!

I've been seeing this chick who has severe panic attacks, but I think she's bipolar too, I haven't asked. She is really strange at times. One day she's happy to see me the next she doesn't know what she wants, then starts crying and thinking she's screwing things up with me. I'm not even going to go into details about all the strange shi t she says and does. As soon as things start going well between us she starts panicing. She's really cute, and nice, but I think she has really low self esteem, and is use to being used and treated like crap, I know of several of the guys she's dated and they are not good people (violent and abusive +) whenever I do something nice for her she gets all teary eyed, and is overly grateful, but then the next day she gets panicy about everything. It's unnerving! Her actions scream that she likes me, but she always freaks out about stupid shi t. I like this girl but am wondering if it's worth the trouble. If she can get her self together she would be great! Crazy

Yo man,

Women with wacky emotions and self-esteem problems are so sad. God knows we can quickly learn to love them (which is why it's a good idea to avoid dating them).

Nothing is harder than leaving one of these women because they seem to need you so much, and appreciate so fully what you do. But a lot of the time you can do better, and as you start to build confidence in yourself and realize your dreams, maybe you'll start to see what I mean.

Oh and these women tend to go from needing you to disdaining you in a heartbeat, especially if you let your guard down (happened to me once, see a post in the djb about this type of women). In my experience, women like this have less capacity for stable love.

But hey, leaving them is really hard, I feel that. Anyway, all the best,

Izza

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

when men are crazy, normal women stay away from them; but when women are crazy, as long as she's hot she'll have a sucker to be there for her.

i dated a girl last year who was bipolar. i didnt know at the time, she was just diagnosed recently, but everyone always knew there was something messed up about her. some days, our relationship was great, other times, she wouldn't talk to me for days because she had a dream that i cheated on her..at least that was the reason she gave me. i dont know man, if it can't be controlled with medication, you're gonna be unhappy.

stay away from that s***. Unless the chick is the coolest girl of all time, takes her meds, and keeps her problem contained, it's not worth the headaches!

Yes I have. What I learned from this is that those type of women have an excuse to make problems. For all the bad behaviour, anxiety and panic attacks, I always told myself " hey its not her fault, she is a better person then that". However in the end of it when she walked out of my life all happy like nothing happen in the arms of another man I realised something important and that is:

Even if she is Bipolar/Manic, you cannot let bad behaviour slide in your book. Her mental disease is part of who she is for the better or the worse and you cannot seperate the two and see only her "good side". She is what she is and if she cannot commit herself to trying to treat her problems and getting them under control then you best get out of this relationship.

That relationship also had a deep impact on my life. After she left me, I noticed being around her I somehow was "infected" (for the better word) and for a short period of time I too became depressive and filled with anxiety and panic, while she walked away with my joy. They are like vampires, the more you spend time with them the weaker you become and the stronger they get, until they don't need you anymore and they walk away to look for another man/victim.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I'm willing to bet that 60% of the girls out there have some degree of neurosis associated with mania and psychosis. Wanna know the sad part? The failed relationships they've experienced in the past only compounds this condition. They are very needy, controlling, insecure and self-centerted. If you enjoy pain and suffering and having your blood pressure constantly at an elevated level, then by all means, date a girl like this and let her flip out on you a couple times to get your high.

More bad news: Many girls that are bipolar are also insomniacs.

Now i don't know about you, but I wouldn't keep any sharp knives laying about in the kitchen while I was sleeping.
