"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

OK, have been fvcking this girl for about 3 weeks now. There really isn't a relationship, we just hang out and end up having sex. Happens probably twice a week. Sometimes she acts like we are in a relationships, and talks like it too, other times she doesn't.

She invites me over to swim at her house a lot, and it is just hangning out, no fvcking. Sometimes we hang out with other friends to, and nothing happens. So there are times we hang out when we don't fvck. I'm a litle confused, as my last fvck buddy, I would literally go over her house, fvck her, then leave, besides that we barely talked. I end up spending all night with this girl.

I don't usually spend money onn her. I started hangning out with her almost two months ago. In that time, we have gotten dinner once, and ice cream a few times. Ib arely spend any money on her, which is great. Sometimes I feel weird about not taking her out. Should I tak her out some, seeing as we do hang out plenty and dont always fvck?

Any helps/tips would be great, I dont really know how to handle this situation, but I guess I've been doing alright so far.

Thanks guys...

Seems more like casual dating than just a f uck buddy. My question is, which do you prefer? Casual Dating? Or no talking lets just get busy?

You've lost the F-BUDDY.

You two are now FRIENDS WITH BENIFITS. This is followed by UNOFFICIALLY TOGETHER, and then the dreaded ACTUALLY TOGETHER. :)

Yep, sounds like you are into the realm of "friends with benefits". If you don't want this to proceed further, you need to be careful and let her know that you want nothing more than that.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

You aren't in an f-buddy relationship.

You can't assume a f-buddy relationship - you need to actually both agree on it in some way.

OK, well I didn't know there was a difference really between f buddy and friends with benefits. I guess there is. I know she doesn't think she is my gf. Do these things usually progress to a bf-gf type relationship? I doubt that it will, as she had just broken up with her long term boyfriend about a month before i started chillen with her(so about 3 months ago). So I am probably more of a rebound type thing lol, even though she claims thats not the case at all. I dont know, i try to stay away from the heavy talk, when she says things like "you dont tell me anything about you" etc...

I dont know if I could see myself with her. If so, I have never had a relationship that started like this, so I'm kind of lost in what to do.

hhmmmmm... i suck. Thanks for the replies. Anymore would be great.
