"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

this would be the second married woman i've been with.

i feel a tiny bit bad that i'm meeting a married woman tomorrow. she likes me i know it because she never leaves me alone. she hates it when i don't talk to her. i tried to keep my distance cause of the marriage thing but i think she gets lonely... her husband works away alot. she's offered to meet me and see a movie a few times and i finally gave in today and i'm going tomorrow... IF i keep the plan on the go that is. i like her because she's older and mature. she doesn't play those silly head games. she's just open and straight out. i set a date with her within five minutes no hassles. i planned it all and took the lead. i dont know what to do. doesn't hurt to go i guess. i'm not gonna plant any moves.

if she didnt have a great personality, this probably wouldn't of happened.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Well, I've had sex with married women before that were cheating on their husbands, and I regretted it both times. The husband's NEVER found out about it, but it still bothers me that I did it behind another man's back. And, I banged her in HIS bed while he was away on business, so that made me feel even worse, and it wasn't even that fun because I was nervous because I was banging a woman in another man's bed. When it was over the chick says to me with a smile, "this tonight......it just....happened." And, she was laughing when she said it and she is the one that pursued it, and she says it "just happened." Ah, cheating hos.

say no to hors, montana

she doesn't play those silly head games.
you mean she doesn't play games with YOU. she's clearly playing another man

if she didnt have a great personality, this probably wouldn't of happened
hors are only good for physical pleasure. Forget about her personality.

well i don't see no relationship happening but i haven't had a proper date in a while because of all the hor's around. at least if i go with her it will keep me busy because i just sit at home all the time wondering when i'm gonna find that special girl.

like you ryannath, i was in the exact same situation. it was in the husbands bed. however, i didn't regret it... was my first time and she was great. i say, if a woman is gonna cheat, she's already done it before she fuked you. it's not our fault they are hor's. if it's not you it's gonna be someone else... and if they're gonna open their legs, might as well dive in.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

she's not ugly, more like a 6 probably. But it's seriously stupid to date a hor. If you're going to do anything with a hor, sex her. Don't go have dinner and a movie with her.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

FFS! im starting to get pissed off... everytime i ask a girl to do somethin they say they are busy!!!! women are always fukin busy! the only one is this damn married woman sittin at home alone. i asked this hottie just then on the phone and it went somethin like this;

blah blah blah (fast forward to the bad part)

me: well i am passing that way tomorrow. i'd like you to come for a walk with me, maybe see a movie.

her: im studying at school all morning and afternoon and have papers to do

me: alright, no problem. we'll do it another time... i'll talk to you later okay my bus is here. see ya.

this sucks cause she's one of the nicest girls i met she just never wants to go anywhere. she's always either doing martial arts training, at the gym, studying or some other bullsh!t.

some women are truly so busy that they are undateable

Most of the time, tho, busy-ness is just an excuse to turn you down. Get better at your game and don't be so damn needy. Don't settle for low-quality hors.

And btw, don't suggest seeing a movie as a first date. Not only does it generally not work, but even if it does, you don't get a chance to converse much.

i know, i can't help being needy. i've been single for a while and i know needyness is a turn off with girls. i just love being close to a girl and spending time with her. *sigh* :(

Sounds as if you need to but more effort in other interests so that you can stop associating your happiness with the need to be with someone... Anyone....

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I don't know, sounds a bit flimsy and even ambiguous. Why not tell her that you don't feel right going through with it.
