Rarely is a waste of time to "sarge" a woman with a boyfriend as most "quality" "hot" women will have a boyfriend. And it is a nature of most women to dump their "boyfriend" once she finds a better one. Call it branch swing.

Now...if she cheats on her boyfriend (e.g. does not branch swing)...that's bad.
If she is married or living or engaged with him...that's bad.
If her boyfriend is your friend, family member, co-worker, a very good aquaintance...that's bad.

Other than that...women that a LOT of men go after...tend to have a boyfriend for the most part. How serious? That always remains to be seen.

If she does not show any interest for you...the right thing to do is move on.

Didn't read anything but the first post, but unless you know her boyfriend, go for it. I let a great opportunity slip through my fingers because I of some reason thought it was immoral to "make her cheat". Long story short, she was interested when she had a boyfriend, she lost interest when they broke up. Lesson learned.

My reply is totally off-topic if the issue is how to make her interested, though.
