Da hell is wrong with me?

My problem here is when i have a chance to make a move on a girl, I totally freak out. One example is when one girl approached me when i was training for Track and Field, she was a um.... butterface, she said "Hey [my name], since we're alone, how about you give me a kiss?" It's in situations like that, where I just don't know how to act. I am just so damn stunned. Another example is when HB7 says "Hey [my name] whenever you want, we should hang out some time, I mean it." And even after that, i just don't want to do anything. I would probably even work my magic on a girl up to the #close, and just freak out.

Well, anyone have an idea what's wrong with me? what I should do to cure this?

you need more self confidence.
do it even if you're afraid. if you want to fix your freaking out problem, do things anyway especially because you're afraid.

be like "nope, but you can give me a kiss if you want one so badly"
(in case of a sh!t test).

or you can just say okay and kiss her.

do stuff anyway that you don't feel comfortable doing if you want to gain the comfort of doing them.

Alamar pretty much nailed it. You gotta just push forward and try your hardest not to freak out. If your the one initiating rather than her you can do it in small steps at your own speed, making it easier. The key is to just get it over and done with the first time and the rest will be easy.

but i know how ya feel. Just think of something that contains C&F and youre good. But i think C&F is great in all these type of situations coz you never know if she is just trying to make you look like an ass, but C&F turns it around.

Exactly, this is money. Another example would be

Her: I'd really like to blow you.....
you: alright, what's in it for me?
etc...

Once you know she's serious about it, you've just gotta take that first plunge. After you've done it once, it gets sooo much easier.
