Feel kinda crappy - cold starting, overslept and didnt take pre-workout.

this is BACK DAY. RAW AND SORE.

DEADLIFT
If you remember lads - last back day had me on 2 x sets 4 on 160kg for rep PR's
then we had ALMOST wieght PR on 172.5.

Today the plan was to change that and get 1 rep on 175 - a solid new PR goal right? 385LB

So. pullups to warmup the upper back
deadlift 110kg x 5 for the lower back
25kg weighted pullup to stretch
deadlift 150kg x 5 to stretch

175kg x1 BAM - easy, lightweight baby

X2!! yeah boy - I got this, back down, adjust grip and BAMMMMMM
x 3!!

minutes rest and tried for a second set - got it to my knees and nope :D

I haven't really noticed a huge difference - but i see myself everyday.

There is definitelt some volume in my biceps though :DDD

one of myabs - where it meets the ribcage on the right hand side - I felt it when i went for that extra hit on 175kg - I just wanted one more rep! :(

Tisk tisk! haha... just on a recarb day after 10 weeks of strict dieting OMG ALL THE CARBS!!!!!!! ALL THE ENERGY!!!!!!!! 6/7 exercises I set new 1MR records on including deadlift 140kgx3 .... better watch out boy I'm coming for ya hahah

On a side note (when you aren't on the gear) is it just me or even though I'm completely exhausted after a workout I get horny as hell and just want to go caveman on some b!tch

you arent alone. every time i leave the gym my booty alarm starts to go off , often triggered by ANY girl,even the fuglies :up:

That cold really sat me on my azz over the weekend and to be honest - I had to force myself in today.

Still feel like crap, oh well, cant skip leg day right? Besides - 2 days off is more than enough.

Clean 85kg and 8 x frontsquat
clean 85kg and frontsquat x 6

backsquat 85kg x 8

frontquat 100kg x 4, x 5, x 5, x 5
backsquat 100kg x 6, x 6

Frontsquat 60kg x 12

****ing hard to breath and energy sapped from this cold - c'mon G - sweat it out!!!
Lunges
dropped from 110Lb down to 90Lb 2 sets (4 lengths of the gym)

smashed calves with 5 - 6 sets - didnt count, just went till failure and raised the weight each set.

leg press 175kg x 8
135 kg x 1
fvcked - cold kicked my azz there - oh well, legs still sapped from strength, and thats the whole plan here right?

cardio later - lets see if the zumba girls make me feel better.

I'm gonna wear the 12kg weighted vest for it - seeing as its leg day and all ;)

naptime

wore the vest for half of it! fvck me! sweaty as fvck! totally ruined me - quads, glute, calves and hams - literally nothing left in them now!

Get some test in you and you`ll see some real nice gains!!!

I seriously think you need to find a new gym! You said your 170 kg pull was one of the heaviest in the gym for a guy your size... you`re around 100 kg... so that`s a 1.67 coefficient. I`ve pulled 200 kg at 75 kg (when I was comparable to your bodyfat%...I`m a fat bastard now :D), that`s a 2.67 coefficient, and I`m not even the strongest one in my gym. One of my buds here pulls 700 lbs plus at around 95 kg...

Remember always train with guys who are bigger and stronger as you`ll always be hungry and have other guys to kick your azz!!

Are you getting any side effects? Hows you`re bodyfat % doing with the dbol?

Are you considering hCG for your PCT or just a SERM?

Its 175 x 3 now Buddy :D
There are bigger guys here, just I train midday time so dont see them often.

Ive no doubt that I can lift more mate, I juust dont do the strength training - Ive been working on getting big, so tome under tension has been the focus rather than explosive power.

In a couple of weeks ill start creatine and aim at strength, we'll see some big lifts ;)
My gym is nice and cheap -thats why im there - no sense in paying 6x as much just to be in a powerlifting gym!

Bodyfat - Ive not measured but it looks to be about the same, maybe a little more.
Ive not puffed out full of water - AI is working ;)
Little Lethargic - lack of test.
nuts - may have shrunk a little - but im not sure if thats just paranoia on my part.

Just tamoxifen(nolvadex) as PCT - we'll see how that goes
