dropped from 110Lb down to 90Lb 2 sets (4 lengths of the gym)
smashed calves with 5 - 6 sets - didnt count, just went till failure and raised the weight each set.

fvcked - cold kicked my azz there - oh well, legs still sapped from strength, and thats the whole plan here right?
cardio later - lets see if the zumba girls make me feel better.
