“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I just ended 8 weeks of bulking and taking 2 weeks off before I start up again. Posted on here before my diet, but I was putting in 3,500-4,000 calories per day. In the end I put on 4 or 5 pounds of muscle and for a skinny guy I feel good about that. I'm 6'3" by the way.

When I come off this 2 week break should I change anything? The diet I know I will start up right where I ended, but should I switch up any of my exercises? Should I take it easy at first, or just jump right into my heavy compound lifts again on wk 1?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Post up the diet and training routine you followed for the 8 weeks. Include the weights you used on day 1 and the weights you finished with.

To reduce weight cycling is good choice. Don't do it heavily in the beginning, increase cycling time and distance in day by day. Doing too much exercise from the first day is not good, that will more pain in joins. Don't do any exercise with join pains. If you get join pain discuss with doctors.
