I am on my third week and while I have done this challenge on a number of occassions I did slip for a while. Have found lots of stuff which confirm the power of this.

Man I tried but it's so hard sometimes! I used to do it at night because it helped me to go to sleep because I felt so relaxed after every time. It's a bad habit though.

I hate to hijack your thread but i was wondering if anyone knew where the "masturbation discussion" thread in the archive went? That thread was my main motivation for quitting and I used to be able to go weeks without jerkin. Felt so good. But ever since it disapeared I have become really undisciplined with it and can barely go a day or two without it.

i remember i had a time when i didnt masturbate for 4 years.
i was 15 and didnt masturbate until 19 !
since then, i had a relapse ... and i'm masturbating once or twice every weekend.

sometimes i dont for 2 or 3 weeks but i cant hold myself so i really need to get rid of this !
