You're not protected unless you have dental dam, or suran wrap.
Her fluids, and any diseases, go right to your mouth and into your body.

At least with a condom, you're not in direct contact, so you have a chance of avoiding most stds. Obviously, some regions of you, will touch her, so anything just outside her vag will likely be given to you, like herpes or hpv/warts.

Never go down on a random hookup. Never.
