You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Let it go. Move on. All it does is show her you are still invested. You should not be.
I told you you should improve yourself for you, so you get a better life, not for women. Once you are successful, women will want to get in on it.
I've been thai-boxing since I've been 24. Always been dry, not build tho. Never got a lot of attention. I've started doing the heavy lifts (squad, dead lift), a bit more than 2 years ago. The difference in IOI has been staggering. Lift, or you are a sub-par specimen. Check out starting strength.

Don't engage her, if she engages you keep it short and polite, you don't want to risk your job. Move away from the conversation as soon as possible. This new behavior will puzzle her and she'll try and pull you back into her orbit. Don't let her.
Now I know it's easier said then done, but go find yourself an other woman, the sooner you do, the sooner this one loses her power over you.
