critique my routine?

hey guys... ive just been starting to want to get my body in good shape. My parents are super cheap and stingy, so I basically dont have a choice on what i eat, but ive managed to track what i eat. For breakfast i usually eat either a bowl of cereal, a bagel with cream cheese, a yoplait yogurt, or 2 scrambled eggs. My parents wake me up at 9 mon-fri, I have to be a waiter at their sushi restaurant till about 3pm. Lunch i usually eat there, like some california rolls or something. I come home and then I work out at around 8pm(its hot as hell until about then) every day.

Im limited to what i can use to work out..(cheap parents again) so im limited to push ups and sit ups. currently i do 5reps of 10 normal pushups, 2 sets of 5 diamond push ups, and 5 sets of 15 inclined push ups. 6/20 crunches, and 5/20 inclined crunches. Finally I run about 1 1/2 miles. I do a above jog pace, and the last 1/4th the run i do a full sprint until i stop. I do this every night. I usually take sundays or saturdays off, my goal is just trying to cut up before school starts.....any help is welcome... thanks
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

you aren't going to get big doing that. you need to eat more. a lot more, and eat more often. if your parents won't buy it for you, buy it yourself.

pushups dont come close to bench press and other compound lifts, but if you are stuck doing pushups, put weight on your back, and do them for 6-8 reps.
