6am............ 2 large whole egg, 6 large egg whites, 2 slices whole-wheat bread, 1banana, 1/2 cup orange juice

9am..........tuna wrapped in whole wheat pita, 1 banana

1pm........... 2 chickenbreasts, brown rice, peas and carrots

5pm........... pasta with chicken, carrots and peas

8pm.......... Protein shake (2tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 egg, skimmed milk)

10pm......... whey protein shake, salad and low fat cottage cheese

6ft2 180pds

just starting out with weight training. Want to clean bulk to around 200pds and then cut.

Cut for what? How about bulk until you like how you look and than maintain that weight and just lean out as slow as possible. 6"2 @ 200 lbs isn't really much anyways. You have a long huge frame to fill out. Get up to 220-230. Than slowly cut back on carbs and keep lifting. You never want to "cut" persay. All this cut and bulk **** is stupid.

How about eating big enough and some what clean and just don't go crazy with the fat gain than you don't ever have to worry about cutting nothing.
