Question on creatine: what's the best way to take it?

I've got the powder, monohydrate. I've been taking it with warm Ribena... seems to dissolve well in that. Is this okay? I've heard that it's good to take it with a sugary substance because of something to do with insulin...

On the tub it reccomends taking it in warm water, but it doesn't seem to dissolve.

I got grape flavoured powder the other week, was horrible grape flaoured gravel water lol. I just started taking the capsules today, from what I have read you cannot load on the capsules without taking like 20 a day, and the advice on the box says take 3 before and then 3 after a workout. I also got a nice deal on the creatine (thanks mum :) ) Does not seem like pointless stuff, I will have to get googling its pointlessness seeing as you said that ^_^

Put the creatine on a spoon, put it in your mouth, then wash it down with your choice of water, grape juice, etc.

Put it a shaker bottle, shake it up with water and drink it during your workout.

If i can do CEE and BCAA powder plain you can do mono and start the hair growth on your chest.

Pffft, my chest is obscenely hairy, don't give me that one.

Heard a lot about creatine being best dissolved or else it can give you trouble... saw this on my sites, the tests of it and the like. Dunno.
