“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I just stopped taking creatine because of all the bad crap I was hearing about it. What muscle growth enhancer should I take in it's place?

How about protein?

I wanted to lift and eat naturally, with no help other than food, but that is asking for a bit much out of myself if I'm looking for gains.

From what I know, protein is as natural a supplement you can get, and it helps alot.

What's RLA? I did a search but nothing came up. Got any sites with information?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

RLA is R-Alpha Lipoic Acid. Most ALA is composed of both S-ala and R-ala. The R-ala is the better and the S-ala decreases it's effieciency. That's why R-ala is alot better but more expensive.

Buddha,

It wasn't muscle you had gained, but water in your muscles, which gave the appearance of gaining muscle.

I am all for natural bodybuilding, and have never taken creatine. However, I believe that if you carefully cycle it, you should not have any harmful effects. For me, I just supplement protein and a multi-vitamin.
