guys, situation is: hot co-worker, 10 years younger than me, when I speak she hangs off my words but seems to be shy, so she doesn't take a lot of initiative but laughs at my jokes. I know she has a boyfriend but not sure how strong that relationship is (he seems to be rich). I'm keen to investigate more but there's no comfort yet when we talk, I can't understand whether I've got a chance or not. I haven't asked her out yet but she usually attends business events and seems to be happy to spend a lot of time with me.
