Cousin has stutter how to help him?

OK, so my cousin has a pretty bad stutter and its really messing with his life. He's tried everything, medication, retreats, therapy everything.

I personally don't care and we hang out all the time but its killing his confidence with women. How can I help him?

The crazy thing is hes 23, tall (6'3) thin and pretty good looking.. perfect candidate for being a beast.

I told him to lift like crazy, eat and become a monster. I really feel like a lot of this is mental for him.

He has to want it for himself. The stutter can be contained through speech coaching and practice. US President Biden has a stuttering impediment.

He does want it, its mentally crippling him. He's done coaching, doesn't help.

Club game? If no one can hear you talk, then they can't hear you stutter.

There are things he can do. Even though he doesn't believe in it, therapy does work. However, it doesn't if he

1) Doesn't connect with the right therapist/specialist
2) Comes with a negative and unbelieving attitude

That is the most effective way to get over his stuttering. But yes, there is also Youtube and other outlets.

But at the end of the day, it is part of who he is. He needs to embrace it. Any "flaws" about us can be either a unique and positive quality or can be a negative and detrimental one, it is 100% our choice.

Quite a few people have fixed their stuttering issues. But it takes a lot of hard work and it has to be something HE wants to do and something he is willing to almost do anything to fix.

Google search famous people who cured stuttering...some of them are actually public speakers now.
