"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

When will I learn?

This hor who I was LJBFed by months ago calls me up to go out drinking tonight (short backstory, I burned the bridge between us a half dozen times, yet she keeps coming back, only to taunt me over and over). I reluctantly agree.

I eventually pop up. She's talking to some dude. I get over it and wander off on my own, only for her to find a a table close to me, to further bury those nails by talking to him right there in front of me. ****ing guy gives her a hug and leaves. She comes over and sits down next to me (only she's got two other male companions sitting across from me, joy!). Before I can even get in a word some other dude shows up, and her attention of fully on him. The only time she even acknowledges me is when he goes to get another drink. I told her that I regret showing up. She give me some line about how she wasn't expecting these people to show up. Yawn.

At some point she and her new long haired male friend get up and go outside. Her other friends look at each other and go "Oooo... sucky sucky $5!". I finally take this as my cue to **** off and go somewhere happier, to drink myself into oblivion and chat with fat chicks...

How could I be so stupid as to fall into this trap? The whole night I was texting this other girl (to rate her on some 1-10 scale would be an utter insult) who kept telling me to get the **** out of there, as soon as possible. Why couldn't I listen to her sooner?

It's not like I need her. Girls fight over me. Yet this stupid, overweight ***** and her sagging tits hold some power over me. WTF gives?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Ask yourself some questions fella:

1) Why do you want her?
2) What is the likelihood of you ever being happy in the long-term with her?
3) Can you do better?
4) Does she have any redeeming features at all? From where I'm sitting she doesn't appear to...

Then, when you've realised how truly worthless this girl is in your world, ditch her. Don't try to be friends - she has no worth as a friend - all she is is a drain on your time and emotional energy...just walk away and don't look back.

The girl is a ho for attention. She probably has low self-esteem or other issues that you don't want to deal with anyway.
