Just post some pics and ideas of the stuff you DJs are eating to keep your mojo up...
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
I love grains. I do oats, quinoa, brown rice, black rice, whole grain bread, and whole grain pasta. I think they’re mostly an acquired taste. Delicious once you get used to them.Very nice, doesnt sound bad at all. How are you on grains? Seems like you're getting most of ur carbs from veggies!
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Right? How does one cook masculine food?
I'm assuming he is asking for meals/food that support testosterone production. How does one cook masculine food?
Do I have to keep the bones in every cut of meat I cook?
You might not believe it but I find soaking yourself in a bathtub is very feminine. Taking shower with medium heat water, under 8 minutes, to me, is masculine. Only women take like half an hour in the bathtub.Next topic will be, "How does someone get a shower in a masculine way?"

The image in my head when I said it was somethinng like this:Depends what the purpose of it is. If it's for athletic and/or muscular performance and recovery there is nothing feminine about it.
And likely the people engaging in those baths are in far better shape than you are so they likely wouldn't care anyway what you thought.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
You might not believe it but I find bathing in ice baths very feminine. The only way to bathe is masuline-ly is in the river, during winter months. You might not believe it but I find taking showers with medium heat water very feminine. The only way to bathe masculine-ly is in ice baths.
You are both wrong. The only way to be a complete bad ass is to go jump in a porta potty and have your friends tip it over and come out screaming like the hulk. You might not believe it but I find bathing in ice baths very feminine. One of my new favorites...I also see recipes where you can use berries as well, which I plan on trying today!Protein pancakes are the bomb! Loved those as a super awesome breakfast meal when I still ate carbs. Can also substitute bananas for pumpkin. Using different flavored protein powders can add variety. A little baking powder will make them fluffier. Very freezable as BITG said.
Skip maple syrup and use honey or forego the pure sugar all together (once you eat them a few times solo it becomes a non-issue).
