steak (rare) w dijon mustard
avocado drizzled with olive oil
mixed nuts
melons
dark chocoloate

this is an old photo when I was avoiding simple carbs like rice and bread. Now I've been eating that again but Im trying to get off of it again.

Very nice, doesnt sound bad at all. How are you on grains? Seems like you're getting most of ur carbs from veggies!

I love grains. I do oats, quinoa, brown rice, black rice, whole grain bread, and whole grain pasta. I think they’re mostly an acquired taste. Delicious once you get used to them.

How does one cook masculine food?

Do I have to keep the bones in every cut of meat I cook?

You might not believe it but I find soaking yourself in a bathtub is very feminine. Taking shower with medium heat water, under 8 minutes, to me, is masculine. Only women take like half an hour in the bathtub.

I eat jasmine rice, chicken, eggs and a shiz load of apples

My drinks are far more interesting than my food, like to make dandelion coffee, cinnamon tea, green Onion tea, red Onion tea, white Onion tea, yellow Onion tea, I'll basically make tea from anything I can.

Depends what the purpose of it is. If it's for athletic and/or muscular performance and recovery there is nothing feminine about it.

And likely the people engaging in those baths are in far better shape than you are so they likely wouldn't care anyway what you thought.

Spinach salad with julienned red beets. Fresh-squeezed lemon or lime and artisanal vinegar for a dressing (ie no oil). One of those individual packets of guacamole mixed in. Grilled shrimp over the top.

Poached haddock/cod or salmon over steamed rice.

Hamburgers with homemade sweet potato fries/sweet potato chips baked in the oven (I became a master cooking these every day).

Here is a pretty great recipe I just made today:

Protein pumpkin pancakes...canned pumpkin is quickly becoming one of my new favorite foods...it is a nutrient dense, high fiber, anti-oxidant rich powerhouse with a wide profile of usage and applications that you can substitute for in cooking.

Also is one of the most filling things I have ever eaten especially when combined with oatmeal. Literally almost have to force myself to eat the next meal because I am still feeling full from it.

1 cup steel cut oats
150-160g canned pumpkin(NOT pie filling, just pure pumpkin puree)
1 cup vanilla coconut milk
2 scoops protein powder or use equivalent number of egg whites(maybe 8-10?)
cinnamon

Blend either via a blender or hand stick mixer until smooth.

Cook like a pancake. Looks and feels like a pancake and tastes like one also.

I top with 1TBSP KerryGold Grass Fed Organic Butter and 1TBSP Raw Honey.

Macro counts:
92g C
56g P
29g F

836 calories

Can lessen the calorie counts by substituting water for coconut milk or eliminating the honey and butter on them.

Makes 5-6 big thick pancakes so some might not even be able to eat the whole thing and split it into 2 meals. Can also add more water if you like thinner pancakes.

Can also make huge batches of this and refrigerate/freeze for later.
