“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Anyone else here ALWAYS tired/fatigued, even during the day?

I get at least 7 hours of sleep a night and my diet is ok.

Maybe its somethiong to do with my anxiety levels?

Any help? Thanks.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Depends what you're doing in the day. Personally, if i end up doing nothing, i get more tired than i would if i had run a marathon.

What medicines do you take? Zyrtec & Claritin, along with other antihistamines/decongestants can cause you to be sleepy, even if your diet and sleep patterns are normal...

Saw your other thread on plastic surgery and thought that might be the case.

I started off a bit fvcked up about the way I looked. Half my energy went on what others where thinking about me, worried I'd embarrass myself. Consequentially I'd fvck up.

Then it became a good excuse to become a semi-hermit.

I have/had a huge amount of tension build up in my muscles and spent alot of time feeling very tired.

I'm still a bit this way, however bizzarely I've made huge strides in confidence recently, I can do approaches and C&F with great panash.

Check out a thread on Avpd, this may be relevant too.

Here's some things I have banged into my brain.

There is no point in giving a sh1t what other people think of you.

The only way to make progress is social exposure with the above mindset.

Reduce physical tension through Tia Chi, Qui Gong, yoga combined with general exercise.

There was a thread a while ago on anxiety. Someone recommeded a link to The Lynden Method. I bought the stuff and it helped me alot also. In the UK they also send the CDs and give you a quick call.

It has helped people with very severe social anxiety and may help you.

I suspect feeling tired is one thing, but it's quite another to not do things in life you want to do, but are too fearful to try.

Good luck

same, sometimes i get around 7-8 hrs of sleep and work part-time along with full time school and was mentally sleepy, sometimes physically tired too.

of course my job is usually me staring off into the comp for the day working on projects.

even with break on. i sleep till noon, sometimes 7 - 10 hrs of sleep and still get to work tired. Of course hitting the gym helps me sleep better, but when i wake up to go to work im still exhausted.

Most people let's face it are lethargic and lazy because they have no purpose or goals in life. Sleeping too much can make you tired because it upsets your normal rythms.
