"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Just got out of a relationship, Im one of those guys who really can't juggle work, women, the gym, and friends at the same time.

I've hooked up with some fine ass women in the past year but at the end of the day what do I have to show for it? Some memories and fun stories:whistle:

I'm thinking about stopping dating all together for 3-6 months so I can really focus on my career, getting in great shape, and improving myself. . MY question for you guys is have any of you done this before?

Part of me feels like a woman is required in a man's life for important mental health and I am very prone to depression. But I'm also a realist, Im 22 and need to get my ****ing career together and I know that the time I spend chasing women will just hold me back.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Ya I know how you feel. I feel incredibly depressed when I'm not out there hooking up with women. You need to find something to replace sex that makes u happy

If you stop dating, you will start wanking again.

Sorry, there are no alternatives. Video games, drugs, cheap hoes, etc.. You don't want to think about those stuff.

You have a point though. If you manage to push your career forward and become the real thing, the chase will be over or at least easier, since girls will come to you without much effort.

I think it's a good idea.

Obviously dry spells are much more difficult at the OP's age than at mine, but it is an opportunity to improve yourself and see that puzz isn't everything.

You can still fap sometimes (unless you are going about this hardcore). But definitely avoid porn.

F that...

You were made to have sex, why deny your urges?

I worked 12 hours a day, worked out like a beast and still had time to put it down...

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
