Confused why she isnt picking up

Hi Guys,

I'm kinda new to all this PUA stuff...but I think I am starting to get the hang of it. But something happened this week and I'm kinda confused, so I need your advice!

About a month ago I took this girl out for a drink etc and we ended up in bed together that night. Nice girl, good personality and I'd say HB6. Anyway since that night we have met another 3 or 4 times and every time we have had sex...sometimes at my place and sometimes at hers.

So this week I was supposed to meet her on Tuesday night. So last sunday we agreed and i said to her that i would call her again on tuesday to confirm it. So i call in her on tuesday and she was like "my friend is moving in with me today so i cant, but im free tomorrow" I was like ok cool talk to u tomorrow. (I dont think she was bull****ting me about her friend moving in because she told me a while ago about this, but didnt know the exact day of the move).

So anyway on wednesday she texts me saying "Oh i went to the dentist i have really bad tooth ache, i dont think i can make it tonight sorry etc etc call me" no normally i wouldnt call but i know she is a bit stingy on her mobile credits and since i have a compnay fone i didnt give a ****. So i call her and we talked and to e honest with u guys she did sound in pain. she was like "Oh i feel bad i want to see u etc etc, i definitely want to see u soon". So I said "ok cool well rest urself and take medicine etc and ill speak to u tomorrow". I did offer to go round to hers to look after her but she said na its ok so i said cool.

So...its thursday now and no word from her. I call her around lunchtime...no reply. so i text her and ask hows she is feeling. no reply. Now normally with any chick i would say well f*ck her then and leave it, but i know this girl likes me and likes being with me when we r together so i was kinda confused. i called her again around 9pm but no reply. Immediately i knew this was AFC **** i was doing but im confused as to why she suddenly is ignoring me?

u guys got any ideas?
