They are almost the same thing. But frame is more egocentric than confidence. Frame is what its all about man.

Frame is projecting confidence...the way you move, the way you talk, posture, etc....which then translates to looks.
But, confidence must have a foundation for that frame.
Think: granite rock vs play dough.
