Master Don Juan
Confidence is about not second-guessing you first instincts in every facet of your life, and not having a fear of acting on them. It should be pretty obvious why that is an attractive trait in anybody.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
And what if she does? A guy who is authentically self assured will shrug it off with no repercussions and will merrily go on with his life. He knows that allowing a woman's actions to dictate his well being is not a good thing.rakishness said:Confidence is a great trait to have.....no doubt. It is important that all of us act with courage in all we do. BUT......You can have all the courage in the WORLD...if a women "percieves" another man who is a COWARD as more superior than you....she will choose the other man.
Is this a terrible thing....no....remember attraction is not a choice.
Ok dude, you really need to clarify this.rakishness said:Listen Guys.....Everybody is insecure about something. Even movie stars and athletes. Those guys know that if they were not celebrities(and had money) their sex appeal would PLUMMET. You don't think they know that? BUT....it doesn't matter because in society athletes and celebrities are seen as SUPERIOR. And attraction is all about "percieved" superiority. So even though those guys know what would happen without all the fame...and are insecure about it....they still get LAID....ALOT. I thought everybody already knew this.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

confindence that isnt based on anything is false confindenceFrancisco d'Anconia said::rockon::rockon:

And you don't need a ton of past successes to make you feel confident. You aren't born with success, you gain it by experience. Aligning your confidence with experiences is setting yourself up to being afraid of failure.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
What if all your past experiences were bad? How can you try again with confidence if experiences were bad?manchild said:I think, some of you guys don't have a grasp of what it means to confident, or what confidence is. You can't just wake up one day and decide that ur going to be a confindent male or confindent in a certain area of ur life. It doesn't work that way. Confindence comes from being successful at something, whether it be sports, school or with women. It takes time to be successful, so it takes time to build confindence. That way when ur confident around a women, it isn't an act, its real because you know what ur capable. You've been there before and trust me she'll notice it.
let me put it like this for example ur trying to see what ur max bench press is, but u've never lifted weights before. u want to try 300lbs, because u a naturally strong guy, but there's no way u can be confindent that u can lift this weight. now u definitely might have the courage to attempt it, but courage is not confidence.Babnik said:What if all your past experiences were bad? If they were bad then you were proven to be IN-capable, right? So, how do you convince yourself otherwise?
Absolutely spot on.drjekyll said:It's fascinating to me to hear stuff like this.
This is not true.
I know what you're thinking, you're thinking - yes, jekyll, yes it is.
It isn't.
Really.
There are two entirely distinct psychologies to the human mind. One is genuine, and looks to make connections. One is manipulative, and looks to gain power.
You can pull consistently by taking one or other of these things to a high level.
You can't do both, for a variety of reasons I won't go into now. Essentially, they hamper each other.
The crazy thing is that these worlds exist entirely coherently in and of themselves.
If your self worth is low, you'll automatically see the whole world in terms of manipulation, power, superiority and inferiority - in terms of relative value.
If your self worth is high, you'll automatically see the whole world in terms of connection, opportunity, challenges, honesty and integrity.
Rakishness, all I can tell you is that the world you see around you is not the only one. It really isn't. You may not believe me. You may think I'm lying.
I can pull very, very well. I never play power games. It never occurs. Ever.
Really.
Moreover, if someone is attempting to appear superior, I can obliterate them by transcending the fakeness of their percieved superiority with the reality of the connections I make.
Now, you are right inasmuch as you can be a manipulator and pull women. Really hot ones.
But if you do, you're letting go of the possibility that you'll ever be of value yourself.
There is another way.
And in that other way, confidence is pivotal.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
