Compliments Me On My Hair

When a woman compliments you on how nice your hair looks and goes on to explain that it looks better than most because most gray heads have differing colors and don't look as good as mine is this attraction or just a general being nice compliment?

Also, when you are talking with a lady and you both are looking into each others eyes and she then looks down to your chest while you are talking and keeps her eyes there until you are through talking what is going on with that if anything?

Joe not sure yet but I don't come across this lady often but will see her in a couple months. I should have been alert when the compliment came on my hair. And CaptainJ I agree I should always assume attraction for what do I have to loose but rejection or her phone number in which both I can handle.

Also, whats going on when your talking with a lady while having eye contact and she goes looking at your chest until your through talking? I had this happen with another lady but she was much younger.

I've always found that the so-called "signs of interest" (dilated pupils, open body posture, etc.) are only true with SOME girls, and it's a waste of time trying to read into them. Sometimes, girls that dig you will purposely avoid you or act weird around you--it's just their own personal response to attraction.

The best thing to do? Assume she IS attracted to you. Even if it's not the case initially, this mindset often brings about a shift in her attitude towards you.

Jeffst1980, I have found that to be true as well it's a jungle of communications going on and assuming attraction from the start is for sure the best way to prevent a good one getting away I just have to remember that and stop getting in my head looking for signs all the time.
