"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

There's this woman online that is dating this fitness and buff guy. Teaches classes on eating right. I met him and he is a cool guy, but I think his g/f has been putting on some weight. She's trying to wear outfits that would be more flattering on a thinner woman and a 2-piece outfit may not quite cut it anymore on her.

She's got a 10 face though, stunning and fortunately for her...her weight fills out in all the right places, but compared to him...her BMI is probably pretty high. She kind of overdoes it with the A.W.'ing on FB, she seems to be quite into herself.

I think I mentioned before how some women can get away with weight gain when it comes to physical appearance...so that is an example. Do you think this gym guru is settling or can curves on a woman, even though she's hasn't seen a gym in a long time, make up for it?

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

BMI is such a completely irrelevant measurement of health, it's almost pointless.

I was 185 lbs with single digit body fat at 5' 8" tall but my BMI said I was obese. Not sure how many other obese people have abs, but I don't think there are many.

Anyone who seriously lifts and seriously does lower body work will weigh an extra 20+ lbs more than what their BMI "says" is ideal. Your lower body can hold a tremendous amount of muscle, but most people rarely work it properly.
