• Your head is leaning forward too much.
• Straighten your back.
• You look like a skinny bastard, so start working out.
• Take your hands out of your pockets.
• Go buy some lighter coloured clothes, all black doesn't exactly make you stand out.
• Your face looks submissive, yet aggressive. Try looking a bit happier, with a smile.
• The walk is pretty decent, although it doesn't look like this is the way you walk normally.
• Get a suntan if you can, it may be the lighting but you look quite pale.

Best way to fix everything is by starting to workout and eating alot. The testosterone will take care of it...

I guess I was about your weight a year ago and I've since added 15+ kgs of muscle... Totally different person now and the body language is definitely different now (no trying to be alpha like back then and in your video).

Anyway good effort on putting the video up there, definitely on your way to improvement.

The only problem i see with your movement is the hands in your pocket, just add a lil weight and thats it i think.
