“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I can cook, follow recipes, know the basics, I'm quite experimental with what I'll eat e.t.c.

I'm just not passionate about cooking and find it a chore., if cooking for myself I'll just cook the same old healthy bland sh it, and see it as fuel.

Obviously when women are over I cook for them.

I kinda have a little rotation of zero effort low cost meals, that look like I've made a little effort.

I kinda cycle though a bit. But I could do with a couple more.

1. Pre cooked Super market vacuum packed muscles that come in a white wine sauce. Literally I'll just heat them up in a saucepan, heat for 5 min and butter some crusty bread.
playe to to look a lil fancy. Done.

2. Camembert cheese. Couple of cuts. Stuff in a few bits of garlic, olive all on top. Throw in the oven for 20 min , serve with crusty bread.

3. If watching a movie I'll do Nachos. Dump a load of plain nachos on a baking tray, empty a jar of salsa, grate a load cheese, throw on some nachos. Put in oven and done.

4. Tapas (random stuff). I don't even cook. Just plate up things like olives, decent selections of meats, cheese, sun dried tomatoes, stuffed peppers e.t.c.

5. BBQ is another of a go to for me. I love to BBQ this is high effect because I absolutely love it and am in my element.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Reminds me of the time a FWB came over unexpectedly and it was the night before my weekly resupply.
I'm a decent cook, but I had absolutely F-all in terms of fresh food.
And she was gonna stay the night..

So I steamed some rice, topped with fried onions + tinned fish.
Served it up as a candlelit dinner with a $75 bottle of wine.

We had a laugh about it.
Tasty and filling and excellent fuel

You could do like me and copy how I do it for example.

I usually on a weekend (not every weekend) make huge/larger portions of some food dish or several food dishes that I like and then portion it up to daily food portions and freeze it all. That way I can everyday have healthy tasty "fast food" (cuz its already done = so very fast :)) which I just heat in the oven or the microwave and I do not need to cook that other either.

@CaptFinnBad as a woman gotta say (1) I love that you make this effort for a woman you dig and (2) I love the menu!

In fact no.2 is often our "go to" when staying in and watching a movie except we like Brie cheese. Just a slight difference between that and Camembert but both yummy especially when baked!

Paired with a fruit like red grapes!

Love nachos too with fresh tomato salsa and melty real cheddar (versus the jarred stuff). It's healthier.

Side of butter beans sautéed in olive oil with sea salt and a dash of powdered curry or whatever spice you like, smoked paprika is also good! Versus refried beans which are SO bad health wise.

I like to switch things up, like Mexican/Indian fusion, it's fun being creative!

There's so much stuff man but there's ready made meals that can amke it eas.y. usually stuff like stuffed chicken breasts and chicken or steak fajitas.

I feel like its jsut a matter of having a variety of good proteins stocked, diff cutsof steak, shrimp, fish, chicken, etc, and then just vegetables to mkae along with them.. steaming makes the vegetable part easy.. steam brocolli, green beans, asparagus, zucchini, etc. its so easy to do takes about 6-7 minutes cook time Then stuff like mushrooms onions and peppers are easy to fry in a pan with olive oil and can go well with pretty much any protein.

THen you have your starches/carbs.. you can do baked potatoes in the microwave, pasta in a boiling pot, rice in a cooker, asian noodles,

Beans come usually ready in a can just gotta heat them up...

If you would like the fancy restaurant salad experience:

1. Wedge salad (so cheap/easy its ridiculous)....Get 1 head iceberg lettuce. Core it & quarter it. You get 4 servings doing this. Serve each quarter on a plate drizzeled in blue cheese dressing (I add blue cheese chunks too), halved cherry tomatoes & bacon bits (I use either real bacon cooked for 20 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees or prepacked precooked organic bacon).

2. Baked salmon or arctic char (my favorite): Place fish skinside down in a glass baking dish over a slight drizzle of olive oil. Salt & lemon pepper fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until the white fat is showing opaque on & around the fish. Serve with baked zuchini squash (cut off ends, cut in strips, drizzle with this ribbon of olive oil + salt + black pepper, cook at 350-400 until squash looks slightly browned and somewhat translucent. Don't burn.

Easy & tasty!

I've bought a double basket air fryer, each basket can have it's own temperature setting and timer. A cool feature is that you can press a button so both baskets to finish exactly the same time, even if you have different times on both (it will automatically delay the basket with the shortest time ).

For me I think this is going to be a game changer once I properly get to grips with it and nail down some good recipes.

Hi TravelMemoir,
(Or Anyone)....A favour:I make Hamburger Meat Patties, technique is fine, but they never taste much good so ingredients only what do you add to a pound of ground Beef please.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Hi Captain Finn,
Picked up on your Mussells...I like them too,buy pre cooked N.Z Green Lips....I start on the Stove Top with a little Oil add a chopped up Red Onion, some Garlic,a rasher of chopped Breakfast Bacon fat removed, add a splash of good White Wine then throw in the Mussells, just a few minutes at good heat will do,they become too tough if left...A couple of slices of fresh Bread as you suggest.

Example from this morning:

350g liquid egg whites
huge handful of chopped kale
A bunch of broccoli florets
Mushrooms
Baby carrots

Cook on low-medium for 10 mins covered.

Put in a bowl, add fresh scallions and 40g of cheese with some Sriracha.

High protein, tons of veggies, easy and quick to make and cleanup is a breeze.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
