change back the forum color

You can change the forum colors in your user CP. If you don't like what's there, tough titties.

Scroll to the very bottom of any page. In the left-hand corner, there is a selectable drop down menu. Select "default" (or any of the others if you prefer, but default is the one you're used to). No need to go to the User CP, it's on every page.

You think the bright blue is bad, try the Browner. Gack.. Default is cool.
