I'm the kind of person that when i'm in public, if i see a hot girl, i won't be making eye contact, instead i would be acting very calm, confident, and not even looking at her and minding my own business. I just notice that 50% of the time when I'm out somewhere, some of these b itches would come walking around me, follow me, or go RIGHT NEXT to me (i mean to the point where their arm is almost touching mine), maybe trying to get my attention or something or maybe she's interested.
Is this an IOI (therefore interested in me) where i can just start a convo and number close or are they just trying to prove to themselves that once i look at them, they bounce and insure themselves that i was checking them out all along?
