"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

It is a creatine. It is also extremely overpriced. I tried it about 5 years ago and it will add strength and some size, but it is loaded with sugar and it is not the easiest thing on your stomach. Also, because of the extremely high sugar content, it will not keep you as lean as some of the other brands out there.

Hope this helps.

Any size you gain from creatine is just water filling your muscles (obviously if your diet and training are spot on some of it will be muscle+fat) but the muscles will look & feel more bloated than hard. I usually use it when i'm cutting.

if your getting water bloated your either using really ****ty creatine or your not usint a transport system, or you dont know whats going on. the only time i have ever got water bloated was the first time using a creatine mono, with the ecc i have never got any bloating. as well i havnet got bloating when using a transport system.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I know you didn't just call Cell-Tech a steroid.

Are you serious?

Cell-volumization products like Taurine, NO2, Creatine are extremely beneficial to muscle growth. I'm particularly fond of CEE.
