“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I know that its dangerous to workout (e.g. weightlifting, benching etc) when you have a flu, but what about colds?

Today is my upper body day, and I woke up with a bit of a cold, should I skip my workout today, or should i be okay?

You'll be fine.
As long as the cold remains in the head (IOW, you're not having lung/respitory problems) you can work out to your hearts content.

Just be considerate of spreading your germs to others in the gym. WHASH YOUR HANDS and don't touch the bars after you've touched your mouth/nose/eyes.

But don't take my word for it. I'm not a doctor.

Your recovery time won't be 100% but unless its a serious illness, it won't affect you drastically. Make sure you up your nutrient intake (esp. fluids) for the duration of your cold to help with the double battle your body will have (muscle recovery and the fight on the cold)

depends. I usually workout when I have a cold, but only if the cold doesn't affect my mind. Like, sometimes I feel dizzy when i have a cold, thats when i don't workout. But if i only have a sorethrought, stuffy nose, then i'll workout. Working out actually helps.
