Cardio while bulking?

Hey, im SKINNY, and i've been doin alot of weights and stuff, and never any cardio. After every work out, i always eat SOMETHING, usually coz i work out at night, i just go grab a burger afterwards.

I also eat other stuff too, but im afriad that im not working out the most important muscle, my heart.

Is there anything that'll strengthen my heart but not lose weight/muscle?

you're worried about your heart and you're eating a burger after working out? its not as intense as cardio but when you life weights it gets your heart pumping too. you should always do cardio for warm up and cool down too. its just not as intense. you should get something different to eat right after you work out though. i would suggest a protein shake or something similiar with it. and remember when you eat after working out that liquid and hot foods digest quicker and work quicker and go into your system.

Yeah i do have a protein shake after i work out..

Iunno, the guy at GNC said coz i have a super high metabolism (im asian), just eat whatever you find, even McD's, with addition to the protein shake, as the shake itself isnt enough.

If you want to bulk up, do not do cardio. Don't do cardio before or after your workout. Never do cardio while you bulk. Cardio burns calories, and you need calories to gain mass.
