Cardio two hours before sleep... what do i do about carbs?

I havent eaten carbs since 7pm. I just did 40 mins of cardio and now am planning on eating and going to bed within an hour.

Do I eat protein + fat as a pre bed meal and call it a day or do I eat carbs as well to make up for depletion?

Might of come in here to late but for future reference stick to a protein/fat meal before bed. Carbs before bed aren't good unless your do a lifting workout before bed then you'll have to have carbs.

Dude I've been on Alex's slow cutting program...and I think I am overeating or something... my arms look like they are losing fat but the stomach keeps growing (the fat on the stomach).. my carbs are apples, oranges, may be a little bread and (juice post workout) so Im wondering if 1.5g/1lb protein is too much or something... may be I am not pushing myself hard enough at the gym.. what gives?
