I read in a couple places that doing cardio after a weights session helps to burn fat because the weights use up all your glycogen so the cardio goes straight to burning fat. Is this true and would doing so harm muscle gains in the weight room?

apparently all cardio harms weight gain. In regards to the cardio after weights, if you must do the cardio i believe it is the best time to actually do the cardio. Other then that there are a few threads out there outlying the pro's and con's of doing light cardio in the morning.

Light cardio fasted in the morning is the best for fat loss while retaining muscle.
Light cardio after weights is good also just not so much.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

So early morning or post workout cardio would both allow for losing fat but also continuing to get stronger? How long should a session be?

Example:

-45 minutes on a treadmill, fast walk(4-5), at a 5.0% incline.

-30 minutes on an eliptical, moderate pace, moderate intensity

-30 minutes on a rowing machine, moderate pace, light intensity

-45 minute bike ride

If you're up above 30 minutes, keep the intensity low(no sprints, no running).

oh sh!t. okay before warboss hunts me down and kills me let me just clarify something, what i meant to say was the common belief is that cardio 'may possibly' harm weight gain, however it is possible to burn fat and gain muscle at the same time. It's just slower.

I think low intensity cardio doesn't affect muscle gain.
