“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Someone just told me that you shouldn't do cardio directly after lifting weights so your muscles can rest. Is it ok to do cardio after lifting weights, because that's what I've been doing. I haven't had any problems with that and I've seen alot of people lift weights and do cardio as well in the same day.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

It's fine to do, moreso for people who have hectic schedules or not enough time to perform cardio in the morning, then weights later during the day. After your weights session drink half of your protein shake, do your cardio, then drink the other half.

It normally takes at least a day or two to recover a muscle, longer if you're starting out and lifting hard, so the recovery & eating period can last a while.

Just be sure to adjust calories for it and you'll still make gains.

if your cardio is intense sprints then no, don't do these after weights.

but a low-intensity walk post-workout will not compromise your recovery, in fact quite the opposite, it will encourage blood flow and thus enhance recovery.
