"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I'm averaging 5k miles roughly about every 26 days. That's 70k miles a year. Let's call it an even 60k, because days off, downtime, etc.

At 60k miles per year, what does make sense?

Buying new.
Buying used.
Renting.

Renting cost $414 per week, which includes full insurance, zero deductible on and off the clock. Cost can be minimized by $90, but that puts deductible at $1000 while off the clock, so $324.

New or used pre owned, that's payment, plus insurance. Deductible $1000 off the clock, $2500 standard on the clock. Fender bender unfriendly. Plus maintenance and depreciation. But, I do stop near early onset of cognitive fatigue, so chances of banging it are low.

Vehicles, something comfort SUV/Crossover with leather seats, turbo charged, roughly in the neighborhood of $30 - $35k, fuel economy 35 - 38 on highway, no electric none sense.

The way it is now, I'm working two days to cover rental and fuel, then 4 days make money, then 1 day reset.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

That's a lot of money for a low chance of banging

If you are able to relocate, you will get far more "mileage" by moving somewhere where you hardly need a car at all.

Get some cheap but reliable (probably doesn't exist nowadays) wheels that you don't mind if it gets scratched or if someone pisses on it

If a beemer is in that category for you (it is for some people) more power to you, but if you're in a great location no-one will ever see you enter or exit your car anyway

I can image all the negative feedback from that kind of ride. No. Feedback effects access to quality or rides and riders, I'm diamond, I have access to highest quality riders and best rides. Maybe for a gold driver that would be reasonable. You have to realize, some are content with just a ride, others pay more for a better ride. I get tips on most rides. Compliments for car smelling good, like new in fact, in reality it's a 60k miles rental piece of **** that had bad hvac stink.

chance of banging
Pretty high chance, dude. Anyone from a lonely stewardess to hotel employees. They too have no life outside of work, because there is no time for it. Work is the life. Others work, wait for weekend, and then live. We live right now, no waiting.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

whatever you choose, reduce your budget by 20%. put that 20% into savings and then investment when its enough. the end goal is to not need to go to work or to live in better conditions very close to work. maybe you can live close to a public transportation solution.

in my early days i spend far too much on cars that i really did not need. having extra ones parked and not used. this stupidity that I had while trying to show wealth to increase smv caused me to have to work for years longer than i should have had to.

not knowing your climate or exact conditions. low cost solutions include scooter, roommate near the work, different job that pays less but after expenses leaves you more to save.

long commutes in cars expose you to fuel cost issues.
