if you wanna put on weight then its all about the calories, you need excess.

You can have fast food if you want and you will grow, you'll just have a bit more body fat to cut come summertime.

To gain your weight you should eat more calories contain food like; Peanut butter, banana, sandwich, meat, dark chocolate, cheese, nuts and seeds and vegetable oils (soybean, palm olive) etc.

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
