Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

lately i stopped walking 30-50 minutes a day and started running now ever since i started running i have serious addiction issues with it i am now running about 15 minutes 3 times a day and cant get enough of it i think it is the endorphins it releases which is makiong me do it more but ever since then (2 weeks ago) ive dropped about 5 kilos and my parents are worried im losing fat too fast my gains in the gym are significantly increasing aswell and most DEFINATELY not decreasing like most people say when you start to run, but back to the point is it possible to lose weight too fast???

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

In normal circumstances 5kg in two weeks is too fast yes (generally for fat loss you should aim for 1kg a week max), but at your age serious weight/body composition fluctuations are not uncommon and it's possible you did lose 5kg of mostly, or all, fat - but only because you're 16. If you were 26 I'd say you were losing lean mass as well for sure.

But if you're losing fat and getting stronger, run with it - literally. lol.
