"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

There's this girl I've been talking to over msn for almost a year now and two months ago we began studying at the same university. We don't go in the same class so we don't meet that often but sometimes we go to the library to study. As you can figure out I'm not studying, I always make jokes about her and using C&F all the way. She's not studying either cause she's laughing all the time. The whole C&F thing is working out great and I mix this with some kino. Like putting my legs over hers under the table, pushing her around, holding her back when she tries to take a book or pencil from me and so forth.
The thing is that I think this girl is great. I love her looks and personality and we always have fun when we're together. I want to move on to a serious relationship but I don't know how to do that only using C&F. And I don't wanna tell her about how I feel since that would put me back in AFC behavior.

I guess C&F is good to show hot women that I don't care about how hot they are, I'm confident enough to joke about them and almost be rude but when you meet a girl and want to go further than a one-night-stand....does C&F still work?
So my question is how do I make her feel so attracted to me that she'll go into a relationship with me? Because right now this C&F thing makes me feel like we're just friends having a great time.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
