By that I mean a certain diet and possibly exercise program.
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
How much might alcohol consumption play into this?Keep whatya got healthy and growing.
Take biotin (B7) vitamins if you’re not eating enough eggs, milk, bananas…
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Is your hairline M shaped/widows peak? How deep is it?Maybe... I started losing my hair in 2000 and ever since I've been eating cleaner it has really slowed down. But then again my hairline looks just like my dad's, and I look just like him. He's now in his 70s and his hair looks the same as it has for the past 20 years.
Genes are pretty much everything when it comes to hair loss. Look at the men in your family and those are your options.
Rogaine does work, but you have to use it continuously once you start and it's not cheap.
I like dutasteride and believe it works better. Hair loss is mainly inherited from your maternal grandfather’s dna, if he’s bald, you eventually will be also.Keep your hormones in check, have a healthy diet and that's it. Saw palmetto and all those other holistic approaches won't stop a genetic deficiency. Your only real option in fighting hairloss is finasteride.
Yeah that as wellI like dutasteride and believe it works better. Hair loss is usually inherited from the maternal grandfather’s genes, if he’s bald, you will eventually be also.
Yes. maybe 2 1/2 inches. My dad is the same. All in all I drew the shortIs your hairline M shaped/widows peak? How deep is it?
This is a myth....every time you wash your hair, scrub your scalp like you're trying to wash peanutbutter out, really stimulate those follicles.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Good to know. Anecdotally it was effective.Yes. maybe 2 1/2 inches. My dad is the same. All in all I drew the short
This is a myth.
I've also heard the one that you shouldn't wear a hat because it causes your hair to fall out.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Shave it clean and grow the beard.Should I shave it all clean just yet though? I still have hair up top.

All those men have varying degrees of African ancestry. It's well-known that black men have it easier pulling off the bald look. The day comes closer you'll have to OWN that bald scalp of yours. Nothing is worse than a man with a receding hairline trying to deny it.
Work out. Being bald and being overweight won't attract women. Being bald while being ripped on the other hand...some inspirational pictures;

It’s your head, do what you want that keeps you feeling good about yourself. Life lets you know when a change is needed.Should I shave it all clean just yet though? I still have hair up top.
