I kept my ex GF around way too long as she had moved in and contributed a paltry £350 to my overall £2500 outgoings per month. I was waiting for a few deals to land and invoices to be paid. But I liked the security, the cooking, her buying food. Now, I am fully self-sufficient with multiple streams coming in, that I wouldn't want my wife to work or contribute financially. That's always been my goal but I understand if you work for the man you need a partner contributing equally.

I agree with @BackInTheGame78 if you're in your 30s dating teens/early 20s you can't be going 50/50 my guy. If she's hot enough she will find better, and rightfully so.

As a man in his mid 30s it just feels weird to expect a woman to pay when she hasn't even finished college...if she's 17-22 or so there's no way I'd feel okay with her paying unless it's 50-50.

Fair point. If she is young and fertile with no b1tchy attitude then I don’t mind picking up the tab. Also, It just doesn’t feel natural and sosuave to always pay for an older high mileage chick who has seen her fair share of c0cks. Its 50-50 mandatory if you go that route.

My GF has stayed at mine since febuary. I work 62.5 hours every week. She saves me a lot of money by cooking delicious food for me to take to work. She does the washing. If she slacks i'm right on her case and she knows i'll send her home. I've took £40 from her once towards a utility bill. If she did'nt cook a lot for me, i think i would have sent her home months ago. There is also logistics...i work long hours, so if she didnt stay at mine...i would only see her at weekends. Also i get fantastic sex every night.
I'm working a lot of hours and working hard so don't mind paying a bit for women if they give something positive back like cooking and cleaning, If i wasnt working as much and making that money...i would be asking her to contribute more, hope this helps.

My thing is i dont work. I get cash monthly through investments. But just because i have seemingly have unlimited supply of cash doesnt mean she can not pay. Maybe im a jerk...so she expects to spend money and not work.
